# Marketplace POD

Racing POD tokens will only be accessible on the POD platform. If required by law, buyers will need to pass KYC/KYB and AML procedures to be authorized to transact on the platform. &#x20;

Once logged in, the user will be able to access his wallet with all his transactions, race results, salvage reports…&#x20;

All exchanges and income payments are made in $POD, the equivalent of dollars at the time of the transaction. Users can convert their $POD into fiat at any time on partner platforms.

To facilitate purchases, all verified users will have access to a data room with horse information:

* pedigree ;
* veterinary reports ;
* the study of al microbiota, if available ;
* the photos
* ...

The platform takes a 5% commission on all sales of Racing POD tokens on the second market.

A dedicated page will allow you to follow the ranking of the best brokers, trainers, owners, breeders, Racing POD token holders according to the

* accumulated points ;
* race ;
* earnings generated (studs...) ;
* ...

In addition to the private groups dedicated to each horse, the platform offers a fun experience that follows the foal's journey to stallion status.

Initially, Part Of Dream does not offer to hold its users' tokens. A list of self-custody digital wallet solutions will be available to connect to the platform, with the option of using simplified login/password solutions.

In accordance with current legislation, the Platform has set up a business continuity plan for all of the shares in the racing career (token Racing POD).
