# Governance

For each horse, Part Of Dream:

* defines the haras where the horse is based;
* chooses the trainer;
* designates the managing partner ;

 The managing partner will decide which races and events the horse will take part in.

Owners of Racing POD tokens will be consulted for :

* any reduction in servicing due to illness, fatigue, old age or accident. (majority of shares)
* whether or not to accept a purchase offer (majority of shares)

Each owner or group of owners with at least 30% of the voting rights for the same horse, same Racing POD token, can submit a proposal.

This may involve, for example:

* purchase of services or products for the horse (personalized blanket, dedicated lad…);
* other elements contributing to the horse's well-being.
